Property care for non-resident owners
Your house looked after twelve months a year: scheduled inspections, opening and closing for the season, and someone who answers while you are two thousand kilometres away.

What we take on
Villa and private residence
Full renovation, inside and out: structure, building services, finishes, pool and grounds. The whole house under one person's responsibility, from first setting out to handover.
New build
From planning permission to the handover of keys. We coordinate architecture, engineering and trades so the project reaches site without surprises and leaves it as signed.
Penthouse and apartment
Renovation at height, with neighbours, narrow lifts and building committee hours. It is won or lost in the planning.
Traditional finca
Restoration that respects what the house already is: stone, timber and lime. Intervening without pastiche.
We document every project from start to finish. The first references will be published once the work is complete and the owners agree to it: in private homes, discretion comes before the shop window.

We see the house, listen to what you want to achieve and tell you frankly whether we are the right team for that project.
Design and fixed price
Detailed measurement, specifications defined one by one, and a price that does not move unless you change your mind.
One person in charge on site
A site manager assigned to your house, a photographic report every week, and the door open for you to visit whenever you like.
Handover and warranty
We walk the house together, put right whatever is outstanding before you sign, and give written warranty on the work carried out.
