Once VALMERE MANAGEMENT, S.L. has been incorporated and registered, it will assume the status of data controller, which will be communicated by updating this policy.

Data processed

Only the data that the data subject provides voluntarily through the contact form, or sends by email to the published addresses, is processed. No data is obtained from sources other than the data subject. The data collected through the form is: name, email address, telephone number (optional), location of the property or project, type of project and the content of the message. The browsing language is also recorded, for the sole purpose of replying in the language used. Users are asked to refrain from including in the message field data falling within the special categories of article 9 of the General Data Protection Regulation, or data concerning third parties without their knowledge.

Purpose

• To attend to and respond to the enquiry or request for information submitted.
• To prepare, where applicable, the proposal or estimate requested.
• To maintain the contact necessary in the stage prior to any formalisation of a works contract.

No profiling is carried out and no automated decisions with legal effects are taken. No commercial communications are sent other than the reply to the enquiry submitted.

Legal basis

The processing is based on the consent of the data subject, expressed by ticking the box provided in the form, as well as on the application of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject’s request, pursuant to article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Retention

Data will be retained for a maximum of two years from the last communication, unless the data subject requests its erasure sooner. Where the enquiry gives rise to a contractual relationship, the data will be retained for the duration of that relationship and, subsequently, for the limitation periods legally applicable in commercial and tax matters and in respect of liability for building works.

Recipients and data processors

No data is disclosed to third parties, except where legally required. The following service providers act as data processors, with access limited to what is strictly necessary to provide their services:

Processing is carried out on infrastructure located in the European Union. Insofar as any of these providers has its parent company outside the European Economic Area, any transfers that may occur are covered by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Rights

Any data subject may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, and may withdraw consent at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal. These rights are exercised by writing to info@valmere.es or to Avenida Burjassot 173, 46015 Valencia, enclosing a document proving identity. Data subjects are also informed of their right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing does not comply with current legislation.

Security measures

The controller has adopted appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk: encryption of communications by means of the HTTPS protocol, access to data restricted to strictly necessary persons, row-level security policies in the database, and validation of the information received through the form.
